The articles of the Collective Agreement that College Professors access most often include the following:

  • Faculty Member Rights and Responsibilities (aka Workload): Article 15 
  • Performance Assessment: Article 18 
  • Study/Research Leave for Regular Full time Members: Article 20 
  • Health and Safety: Article 25 
  • No Discrimination and No Harassment: Article 26 
  • Maternity/Parental Leave: Article 29 
  • Sick Leave (Short Term disability): Article 32 
  • Compensation: Article 40

For details of any of the terms and conditions of employment, see the Collective Agreement. It is a legally binding document between the UGFA and the University Administration.
